Mostly plant based ingredients cuisine; vegetables, legumes, cereals, fruit.. and occasionally eggs or cheese.

I believe plant based cooking offers the most benefits for our health and is typically more ethical and sustainable.

Where do I buy?

Whenever I can organic, local and high quality products.

How do I cook?

Using the healthiest methods, steamed before boiling, roasted before fried, and “al dente” better than over cooked. Always trying to keep the properties of the products.

What kind of food?

Predominately Mediterranean flavours but with a fusion of cuisines that offer additional benefits and flavours like Middle Eastern, Thai and Indian cuisine.
